Upon its inception in 1998 and through the dedicated efforts of young Muslims living in Montreal, the Muslim Youth of Montreal (MYM) has become a haven for religious, cultural, educational and recreational activities. The MYM has since then adopted as its mission the channelling of the youth’s energies for the enhancement of their state and their protection from the forces tending to stray them from the path of our prophet and his progeny (AS). It achieves its goal through the organization of various activities for the youth, all of which aim towards the creation of strong brotherhood and sisterhood bonds, and the promotion of an intellectual and spiritual association with the noble teachings of Islam.
